As restaurant has grown in popularity, customers can expect a large crowds for dinner time, especially on weekends. It is hard to tell if the popularity is derived from the many delicious dishes or the full bar.
The bar offers various drinks from beer to famous margaritas to tequila. Some mixed drinks such as the “Raspberry Dream” are for those who prefer a stronger taste of alcohol, while the “Bahama Mama” is a better blend of fruity flavors.
Though Casa Real offers many traditional Mexican cuisine options such as enchiladas or quesadillas, they also offer fantastic seafood dishes. Among the best is “Arroz con Marisco”, a shrimp and scallop assortment covered in melted cheese sauce with rice, pico de gallo and guacamole.
Even if seafood is not your favorite, the chicken “Enchiladas Suizas” are full of flavor and a little spice. Three tortillas are stuffed with seasoned chicken and topped with tomatillo sauce, crema fresca and grated cheese. Rice and beans with cheese come on the side.
