Located in the heart of downtown Springfield, Obed & Isaac’s is in a preserved Italianate mansion with a beautiful beer garden attached. They specialize in microbrews but their menu is diverse and one of the best in town. While we could talk about the variety of the menu forever, here we are focusing on their delicious and unique burgers.

Of course, they have a traditional burger that everyone will love but the range of burgers is far beyond just that. For those who are vegetarian, a delicious southwest veggie burger is offered and sure to fix your hunger. For meat lovers, the untraditional lamb and turkey burgers are going to spark your interest if you are craving something just a little different from the usual. It adds that extra oomph while still complementing the flavor of the meat.

The one item that many can attest to being the largest – and possibly the best – burger, is the stinger burger. Topped with a large amount of onion rings and barbecue sauce, your taste buds will be jumping for joy. The menu has something for everyone no matter what the occasion is.
