In our last edition, dated April 4, the article titled, “The importance of a Handwritten Thank You” was originally written by Madison Stone—pursuant of a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration Management, Capital Scholar Honors Student, Christian Student Fellowship Bible Study Leader, Treasurer, and Peer Mentor, UIS Human Resources intern, and UIS SHRM Chapter Secretary —as a guest writer. The article was erroneously printed as having been written by our staff writer, Madelyn L. Minnick. This was done in error, and the UIS Journal would like to formally apologize to Madison Stone for the mistake.
