CHEESY MICROWAVE POTATOES
7 potatoes, cubed very small
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. sour cream
Cook potatoes 8 minutes on high in microwave. Put cheese, butter, salt and pepper in separate bowl and melt in microwave. Add potatoes and mix in sour cream. Cook on high for 7 minutes, covered.
